The NHS is direct about the symptoms Her Majesty is likely to have endured while sat on her throne:

The stools may contain traces of blood and mucus."It seems the BBC are far too British to refer to such things, as they've omitted the most common symptom from today's report, which simply says:
"Symptoms can include vomiting, fever and stomach ache."One is much amused.
